<shipping and Handling>

Fee is based on weight of the products and volume by using USPS priority mail fee chart.Normally,we ship order by USPS Priority Mail. It should take about 2 days to 48 states,and 3 days to AK,Hi to get your orders delivered.

Some of online retailers ask resident in AK and HI additional shipping charges, but we would not ask for additional charge for AK or HI.

However,the order with large volume with free shipping will be shipped by Parcel post (exclude menu under free shipping package).

Also,if you live in postal zone 5 to zone 8: IL to west,FL, HI,and AK,and if you wish to have your order shipped by Parcel post, please contact us. We will give you estimate cost of total.Orders scheduled to be shipped via parcel post should NOT contains biscuits or Surf Turf Jerky.Also, if you order more than $100,shipping is free.

At our online store,since our brand of biscuits and Jerky are fresh-made with no preservatives,we use Priority mail option only on our online store.

<Payment>

If you place an order by using "Contact Us Form" at our online store,we take Paypal or Personal check.
We cannot process order until bank clear your check or payment is confirmed by Paypal.

If  you place an order through online store,you can pay with your paypal account or, if you did not have a paypal account,you can simply type in the card information when you check out.

<How to pay with your card>

If you would like to pay with card, rather than logging in to paypal account,here is how you can purchase by typing in your card information.

1.Click "check out" button

2.Once you click "continue" button on shipping fee calculation page

3.You will land on page that has place an order button on top with paypal logo and credit card logos,and invoice preview on bottom. Under the all card logo,you will see Place an order button.Click "Place an order" button

4. Once you click "Place an order" button, you will arrive the page which, one side of the page is where you log in to paypal and the other half is written  "why use paypal? You can enter card number" Then under the line, it says "Don't have paypal account?" And you see all credit card logos under the line. Then,you have clickable with text "continue".  Please click the "continue" button on left hand side and you should be lead to page where you will enter the card information.

5. Type in the card information. Then,you will land on the page where you find click "continue" without logging in clickable. You will find this clickable on your left hand side. Then,you will be landing on the page where you will see your invoice to review

6.Review the invoice detail, and click the "Pay Now" button.

***** Please note that until you will click the "Pay Now" button, payment process is incomplete. Please make sure you will finish the payment process by clicking the "Pay Now" button if you place an order using your card ********

<How to use GDK Coupon code>

1.When you place an order online, check out as you normally do. Then, after typing in your shipping address,and go to next page, and under the payment page,you will find the code box where you type in the coupon code.

2.Type in the code, click "apply coupon" button.

3.If the coupon is applied, right next to the "apply coupon" button, you will see the code you have just typed in and also see the link that read "remove coupon".

On the same page,after coupon code is applied, at right hand side, at about special instruction box,you will see the invoice detail with the code applied.

When code is typed incorrectly, or the code you type in was expired, you will see error message.

We drop check once a week so,it may take a little longer for processing

<3>After check is cleared,we will  process order and,ship on closest Monday or Tuesday or every other Wednesday.

<4>When order is shipped,we will let you know the tracking number and you can keep tracking the order by visiting USPS website. It should arrive  in 2 - 3  days via USPS priority mail.

Please note that if the check is returned from the bank,we add $30 to order total.
